Due to the size and weight of drum kits, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Smaller accessories and hardware usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping for heavy hardware?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs for heavy hardware and full kits are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of your order.

What is your return policy on cymbals and drumheads?

Unused cymbals and drumheads can be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging. Please note that items showing signs of stick marks or use cannot be returned.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All new instruments and hardware come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Specific brands may offer extended coverage.

Can I customize a drum shell pack before ordering?
